1 To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for his assessment of the cost in compensation arising from delaying the construction of new facilities at Points of Entry for goods checks required under the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland.

2 To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs what recent discussions he has had with the British and Irish Governments and the European Union on opportunities for farmers and food producers in Northern Ireland to expand their exports based on dual market access offered by the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland.

3 To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs what measures his Department has put in place to prevent illegal waste dumping, similar to that discovered in Mobuoy.

4 To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs whether the staff complement at his Department’s headquarters in Ballykelly will be increased during the 2017-22 mandate.

5 To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs what plans he has to extend soil sampling pilots on farms to include all of Northern Ireland.

6 To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for his assessment of the health of the seagrass population.

7 To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for his assessement of the impact of the Climate Change Bill (NIA Bill 19/17-22) on the agri-food sector.
