Most of our Assembly video clips are available on this website and our YouTube channel. However, if you need a specific clip that isn’t readily available, you can request it by email.
Requesting a Clip
Video clips can be requested free of charge by emailing soundandvision@niassembly.gov.uk.
What to Include in Your Request
- Date of the Assembly meeting
- Start time of the desired clip
- End time of the desired clip
- Brief description of the content (e.g., Ministerial statement on education)
Processing Your Request
We aim to fulfill all requests within the specified timeframe whenever possible.
- Requests received between 9:00am and 5:00pm will be processed on receipt. The average waiting time for a clip is 45 minutes.
- Requests received after 5:00pm may not be processed until the following working day.
- During busy periods, such as Question Time on Mondays and Tuesdays when the Assembly is sitting, it may take up to 2 hours for your request to be completed.
Downloading Your Clip
Once your clip is ready, we will send you a link to download it.
