The Committee were briefed by the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunal Service on the Proposed Fee Structure for Court Funds Office – Outcome of Consultation and Proposed Way Forward.
The Committee received evidence on Part 1, 3 and 4 of the Justice No.2 Bill from the Department of Justice.
Members considered clauses 28 to 40 and Schedule 3 of Part 2 of the Justice No.2 Bill.
The Committee also considered a number of SL1s and received updates on the Development of a Family Care Proceedings Pilot and the Department of Justice Legislative Programme.
