The Committee met in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings on Wednesday 26 October 2016 to receive briefings from NI Water on their annual report and accounts and the pollution incident at Annsborough/Carrig River. This was followed by a Departmental briefing on the Departments (Transfer of Functions) (No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016.
