The Committee met in room 30, Parliament Buildings on 28 January 2016 to receive evidence on the CJINI Second Report on the Monitoring of the Implementation of the Youth Justice Review from representatives of CJINI, DoJ and the Independent Monitoring Board Maghaberry Prison.
