The Committee received a briefing from Prof Ben Cowling of Hong Kong University on its inquiry into COVID-19 and its impact on care homes. The Committee then received a Departmental briefing on proposed amendments to Human Medicines Regulations 2012. The Committee also received a number of briefings on Statutory Rules related to coronavirus.
