The Committee met to discuss the Charities Act 2008, the Housing benefit (Executive Determinations) Regulations (Northern ireland) 2006. The Committee then held an evidence session on the Licensing Bill with Ulster Rugby, Irish Football Association and Ulster GAA. The Committee also discussed the Houses in Multiple Occupation Bill. The Committee were briefed by Mrs Judith Cochrane MLA regarding the Licensing Bill. The Committee considered the Houses in Multiple Occupation Bill. The Committee received a Departmental briefing regarding the Affordable Warmth Scheme. The Committee were also briefed on the Report into the Inspection of NIHE on the Implementation of Response Maintenance Recommendations.
