The Windsor Framework Democratic Scrutiny Committee met on Thursday 1 August 2024.
The Committee heard oral evidence from departmental officials on Regulation (EU) 2024/1938 on standards of quality and safety for substances of human origin intended for human application.
The Committee also considered responses to its survey on Regulation (EU) 2024/1849 on mercury as regards dental amalgam and other mercury-added products subject to export, import and manufacturing restrictions.
