Junior Ministers Declan Kearney and Gordon Lyons move amendments 9 and 10 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations. Amendment 9 allows for gatherings of up to 30 people in public places and outdoors. Amendment 10 changes the regulations in terms of opening arrangements at a number of businesses, schools, summer schemes and attendance at funerals.
