The Committee met to discuss the Charities Act 2008, the Housing benefit (Executive Determinations) Regulations (Northern ireland) 2006. The Committee then held an evidence session on the Licensing Bill with Ulster Rugby, Irish Football Association and Ulster GAA. The Committee also discussed the Houses in Multiple Occupation Bill.
