I live along the lagan in lisburn. The japanese knotweed is spreading rapidly along the river. It is now within about 15 metres of the homes. Something needs to be done now. Noone wants to take responsibility.
Typical!! I take it that only in and around the Belfast areas will be treated. River’s all around the Limavady and Londonderry areas are covered with this stuff. Let’s see if anyone from the assembly does anything here for us.
