The Committee on Procedures met on Tuesday 24 November 2015 in Room 29, Parliament Buildings. In closed session the Committee considered draft Standing Orders in relation to part 1 of the inquiry report into the extent to which Standing Orders should permit the Attorney General to participate in proceedings of the Assembly. In public session the Committee continued its review of the public petitions procedures and the time allocated to Topical Questions. The Committee also considered its Forward Work Programme.
