The Committee on Procedures met on Tuesday 09 February 2016 at 13:15pm in Room 21, Parliament Buildings. In closed session the Committee considered a draft report on the review of public petitions procedures. In public session the Committee considered revising Standing Orders for Hybrid Bills, the Code of Conduct, the Public Services Ombudsman Bill and time allowed for answers to supplementary questions.
