The Committee receive a briefing from Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission and Business & Human Rights Forum. This was followed by a briefing from economist Richard Ramsey on stimulating the economy using a voucher based scheme. The Committee also received a Departmental Briefing on newly announced support schemes.
