The Committee received written andoral evidence from the Department on the Damages (Return on Investment) Bill and the Justice (Sexual Offences and Trafficking Victims) Bill – Principles of the Bill. The Committee also discussed the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) and the CJINI Report on the Care and Treatment of Victims and Witnesses by the Criminal Justice System in Northern Ireland – Update on Implementation of Action Plan to address findings and recommendations.
