The Committee received oral evidence from the Minister for Infrastructure Mr John O’Dowd.
The Committee also received oral evidence from the National Franchise Dealers Association on Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) and written evidence on the Review of Regional Strategic Planning Policy on Renewable and Low Carbon Energy.
