The Committee received two Ministerial briefings from Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon. The first was in relation to COVID-19 and current issues and the second was in relation to the Accelerated Passage of the Harbours Bill. The Committee also considered SL1 – The Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 (Public Service Obligation in Transport) (Amendment) (EU EXIT) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2020.
