The Committee received Departmental briefings on the January Monitoring Round and the Public Procurement Common Framework. The Committee was also briefed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on Public Sector Reform – Innovative drivers for, and barriers to, change and improvements.
