The Committee for Finance met on Wednesday 16 March 2022
The Committee received an oral briefings from the Strategic Investment Board on its work programme including the promotion of social value in public procurement and the Department on Ministerial spending discretion in 2022-23 in the absence of an Executive.
The Committee also received further oral evidence from the Department and NIBRAC on the Nearly Zero Energy Building guidance.
