The Committee met in Room 29 on Wednesday 26 February 2020. During the meeting the Committee received information on the orivate Members Legislation – The Functioning of Government ( Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill from Mr Jim Allister, MLA. The Committee also received written briefing from the Northern Ireland Civil Service Human Resources ( NICSHR)
