The Committee received a briefing on COVID-19 and the Impact on the Charity Sector from representatives of CO3, The Children’s Heartbeat Trust and The Stroke Association. This was followed by an Assembly Research briefing on the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Bill. The Committee also received an Assembly Research briefing on Sign Language Legislation.
