The Committee received a briefing from the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs on the Business Plan 2021-22 and briefings on the Climate Change Bill from representatives of the UK Climate Change Committee, the Woodland Trust and the Agri-food and Biosciences Institute.
