The Committee recieved a number of Oral Evidence sessions from DAERA. One on The Common Organisation of the Markets in Agricultural Products (Producer Organisations and Wine) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 [AGS/04 – Reserved] and The Agriculture (Payments) (Amendment, etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 [AGS/05 – Devolved] and another on Fisheries Trade Negotiations.
