The Committee met in room 29, Parliament Buildings on Wednesday 12 October 2016 to receive evidence from the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), the Northern Ireland Independent Retail Traders Association (NIIRTA) and Hospitality Ulster on the non-domestic rating system.
