The Committee received two Oral Briefing, one from GTCNI Chair and Vice-Chair on the General Teaching Council for Northern Ireland (GTCNI) and the other from the GTCNI Chief Executive.

The Committee recieved two Oral Briefings. First one on Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) and the other on The Addressing Bullying in Schools (2016 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.

The Committee discussed the Draft Committee Motion – Restrictive Intervention & Seclusion of Children and Young People with Additional Support Needs and received a briefing from NIA Research and Information Service on Flexible School Starting Age .
