The Committee met in room 30, Parliament Buildings on 04 February 2016 to receive briefings from the Justice Minister, David Ford, on implications for the Department of Justice and funding allocations arising from the ‘A Fresh Start – The Stormont Agreement and Implementation Plan’ and the 2016/17 budget.
