The Committee met on room 30, Parliament Buildings on 12 January 2016 to continue the formal clause by clause scrutiny of the Rural Needs Bill. This was followed by a briefing from the Rivers Agency on recent flooding incidents and briefings from DARD and the Anglo-North Irish Fish Producers Organisation on the Fisheries Bill.
